  • At Olds Town Square

    On Thursdays at 9am, experience the connection of mind and body through this gentle flow yoga class. A moving meditation that combines vinyasa yoga with the breath to achieve mental flow states through periods of movement and stillness. This will create an embodiment practice accessible to all levels, to allow focus and fluidity through rhythm and connection.

  • Join a Virtual Workshop

    These workshops are designed to re-energize, reinvigorate, and regenerate your mind and body. The form of the workshops include a yoga flow for all levels, breath work, meditation, and guided journaling. Come to explore, be curious, and join in the lighthearted play. Felicia is a 200-hr certified teacher with 3 years of teaching experience and over a decade of practice. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2016 at Passage Studios, and is currently taking her 300-hr through Uplifted Yoga with Brett Larkin. She’s taken advanced sequencing and is also enrolled in hands-on assist training from Melanie Emlyn. As a trained meditation guide through NeuroMeditation Institute and a professional athlete, Felicia brings her unique experience into thoughtful classes and is eager to share her experience with her students.
